The all-new MPM is released with a whole bunch of new capabilities

  • This release enables project / campaign managers to allocate projects to specific teams and assign tasks / deliverable to roles and users.
  • Teams can be configured to have specific view and access permissions to projects, tasks, and media – allowing only authorized roles / users within specific teams to be able to view and access tasks and assets.
  • Users can now view tasks and deliverables related to specific roles from a common pool related to their specific teams and claim to start working on those tasks based on their availability / bandwidth. Users can also revoke tasks which would be pushed back to the common pool from where other users with the same role can claim and work on it.

  • Projects can now carry more attributes (metadata) to provide a rich search, sort and facet experience to project / campaign managers thus enabling quicker time to market with media that is richer in content.
  • Enhanced search functionality that provides access to advanced search allowing users to search on specific attributes (metadata) in different permutations and providing more specific search results.

  • Facets on specific attributes (metadata) enables project / campaign managers to quickly focus on records of their choice for the moment.
  • Email notifications automate the communication ensuring intended users / roles know the progress and next steps eliminating the need for manual follow-ups on routine actions.
  • Know the type of task by just looking at the task icon in grid or card view.
